Nothing really to say about today... just played a little wow and than went a took a walk cause i was feeling down... pushed my self and walked 3 times as much as i usually do! woot!
I know I'm being really random... but a wise lady (patty) once told me... "god doesn't make trash" and well that has been ringing I'm my head all day... especially when i was walking... okay I'm going to take a shower now...

You can do a search on my blog using the work hike or hiking and see some pictures of where we go. One place we hike about 5 miles and the other place between 8-10 miles. Great fun. We don't climb mountains, just hills, none of that scary stuff

i dunno if i can do 5 to 10 miles!
sure you can, just slowly work up to it. First you do 1/4 mile and count that as real progress and then on from there to more and more.
